Please fill out all the fields below. If you plan to have a room mate they also need to fill out a separate application (place their name under "co-applicant"). This is not a lease and does not legally bind you to anything and it does not guarantee availability of an apartment. This application is the first of three steps to rent an apartment (see visual chart for details). After you submit this application you will receive an email with additional applications to fill out and send back to us by either email, fax, mail or drop off. After we receive all your applications we will first review them and if we have a suite that would meet your needs we will contact you usually within 24 hours. After we contact you, you will have an opertunity to visit the suite and if you choose to rent it you will then need to fill out a rental agreement and pass our credit check before you can move in.
