Resident Manager:

We are currently seeking a resident manager to live and work at one of our five locations in Thunder Bay. We have five locations to choose from shown here.

Duties:

Collecting rents
Move ins / Move outs
Cleaning halls
Show shoveling
Lawn care
Light maintenance
Dealing with tenant issues

Compensation:

In terms of compensation we are offering you up to a 2 bedroom unit. The rent for that unit will be offered to you. So essencially you'll be able to live in the building rent free.

We also offer a small incentive each time you rent out a unit. And there may be additional benefits such as bonuses for months that the building has zero vacancy.

Requirements:

We are seeking a mature responsible single or couple. Must be able to pass a police clearance. A background in commercial cleaning, good communication skills both writen and verbal, good with tools, are all assets. Also you should be someone who has enough time in their schedule to be able to handle the ongoing responsibilities listed above that will take up several hours per week on an ongoing basis. If you're schedule doesn't allow for this then this role might not be right for you.
