We offer several locations in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Three of the apartment buildings are located within a short walk from the university, located here.
Do you allow pets?
We may allow one cat "or" one small dog. Ask for details.
What if I smoke is that allowed?
We maintain a smoke free environment, but you can smoke outside. If you smoke inside the unit you will be in violation of the leasing agreement.
What if I have children?

Do I have to sign a lease?
Yes. Most apartment rentals require it. We offer one year leases.
Do I have to provide a damage deposit?
No damage deposit will be required. Only the standard first and last months rent at the time you sign your lease.
What size apartments do you have?
Most of our apartments located by the university (map) are very large 1 and 2 bedroom units. Each of the units also includes a very large storage room. Our other properties have spacious studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom suites.
Can I have a room mate?
Yes, but they must also sign the leasing agreement. Each person will pay half the rent.
If I have an emergency is there someone I can call?
Yes, we have a maintenance man who you should immediately call in case of an emergency.
