maintain a smoke free environment,
but you can smoke outside. If
you smoke inside the unit you
will be in violation of the

Yes.
Most apartment rentals require
it. We offer one year leases.Top

I have to provide a damage deposit?
No
damage deposit will be required.
Only the standard first and
last months rent at the time

size apartments do you have?
Most
of our apartments located by
the university (here)
are very large 1 and 2 bedroom
units. Each of the units also
includes a very large storage
room. Our other properties have
spacious: Studio, 1 bedroom,
and 2 bedroom suites.Top
Can
I have a room mate?
Yes,
but they must also sign the
leasing agreement. Each person
will pay half the rent. Top
If
I have an emergency is there someone
I can call?
Yes,
we have a maintenance man who
you should immediately call
in case of an emergency.Top
